READER AND WEBSITE HELP
Find your next step.
You may be exploring care for the first time, working through a book or trying to open a resource. Start with the situation that fits. You do not need an account to read these public learning pages.
Find your starting point by role.
Pick the role that fits. Each one names the question to answer first, the first useful resource, and the next action. The book explains the choices. The kit helps you carry one out. This site keeps the dates current.
Student or recent graduate
Where can I build my skills and complete the required experience?
Start with the difference between a license and a payment route. Your board decides what you may do. Each payer decides how a claim for your work is handled. Then read the Michigan sheet’s license table to see which routes are open to a limited license. Role sheets for each license (LLPC, LLMSW, LLMFT, TLLP) are in preparation for the kit.
Limited-license clinician
What work and settings should I look at as payer rules change?
The ten-minute Michigan sheet gives the dates, three paths, and the questions to ask your employer in writing. The full guide behind it names what Blue Cross has said, what it has not said, and what is still open. It is about Blue Cross commercial office claims; other products have their own rules.
Supervisor
How do I keep supporting clinicians across different practice arrangements?
Licensure supervision and billing supervision are two different jobs with two different records. The Michigan guide’s section for supervisors and practice owners lists what to put in writing before March 1, 2027, including the supervisor’s written statement of qualifications and the supervision records the state rule requires.
Practice owner
How do I protect patients and plan staffing I can sustain?
Count patients by payer product first. Then compare the payment categories side by side, and ask the employment and contracting questions before you change anyone’s job. Employment status alone does not settle who can bill. The employer page is where a practice tells us what it needs.
Physician or medical team
How can we add behavioral health to our practice?
Incident-to, direct billing by a mental health counselor, collaborative care, and general behavioral health integration are four different arrangements with different rules. Start with the category, then use the implementation system to sequence roles, patient flow, follow-up, and review.
Educator or organizational leader
How can we strengthen access and the workforce?
Sources and evidence lists what each claim rests on. Guides and research holds the teaching materials. Current policy is kept separate from what we propose. Bring a question through the contact page.
I am new to integrated care
Begin with a goal, such as understanding how a team works or exploring a different role. Start Here leads into the examples before the more detailed questions about payment and planning.
If you are ready to plan a service, try the free service sketch.
I am reading a book
Keep the title and edition nearby. The Reader Companion explains the current reading paths and how to describe a missing resource. The new Medicare edition and full kit are still in preparation.
A link, file or page is not working
Note the page address, the link you selected and what happened. If the link came from a book, add its edition and page number. A short description is enough; no password or receipt is needed for an initial question.
Something is hard to read or use
Tell us which step is difficult and what format or change would help. You can mention your browser or assistive technology if useful. You do not need to describe a diagnosis.
Still need help?
Email the page address or publication details with your question. Please leave out patient information, confidential records, passwords and payment-card details.
