Start with where you bought the book.
For delivery, damage, a wrong item or a return, the order and seller are the best starting point. Questions about the writing or a companion resource follow a different path.
A purchase through Amazon
Open the order in your Amazon account and use the help options shown for that purchase. The applicable options depend on the seller, format and order. This website does not set a separate Amazon return window.
A purchase through another seller
Use the order confirmation to identify the seller and its customer-support route. Keep payment and account questions with that seller. Do not email payment-card details or account passwords to CIN.
A question about the content
For a CIN publication, send the title, edition, page or section and a brief description. A possible error or missing book link can usually be described without forwarding a receipt. For a different publisher’s work, use the contact named in that publication.
The new edition and its kit
The second edition and resource collection are in preparation and are not yet available for purchase here. An earlier purchase should not be taken as a promise of an unreleased edition or kit; the final offer will need to state what is included.
