1. Digital license purchase

All digital products sold on this website are licensed educational materials, not physical goods. Upon payment confirmation, you receive immediate access to download the designated files.

2. Scope of license (single professional use)

Purchases grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license for your individual clinical work or internal practice use. Permitted: downloading files, storing local backup copies, and printing hard copies solely for your personal or practice use. Prohibited: reselling, sublicensing, posting publicly online, distributing across an organization without an institutional seat license, or using the contents to create derivative commercial products.

3. Standalone offering

Purchase of educational downloads does not include consulting services, multi-user organization seats, or access to third-party tools (including Kedge Software LLC platforms).

4. Educational disclaimer (no professional or clinical advice)

All materials are strictly educational and informational. They do not constitute formal legal, billing, accounting, medical, or clinical advice. You remain solely responsible for your practice’s independent billing codes and clinical determinations.

5. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Grand Traverse County, Michigan.
