EXPERIENCE AND IDEAS

What are you seeing in care?

A referral that goes nowhere. A training gap. A small change that helps a team work together. Your perspective can help us ask better questions and create more useful education.

Every perspective adds something

People and families

What was hard to understand, arrange or follow through on? Describe the gap without naming a patient or sharing a medical history.

Clinicians, supervisors and educators

What do people need to learn? Where does the path from training to useful work become difficult?

Teams and organizations

Where do handoffs, staffing or everyday processes get in the way of connected care?

A question is a useful place to begin

You can send a general question now. There is no study enrollment or survey form on this page. You do not need to represent an organization to contribute an idea.

Make each choice separately

A study invitation should explain its purpose, who is responsible, what you would do and how the answers would be used. Research participation and permission for future educational emails are different choices. A request for a guide should also tell you exactly what you will receive.

Start with a small observation

An example of a useful question

“Our referral list is long, but people often cannot find an appointment. What can a small practice do to make the next step clearer?”

Share the question you wish someone would answer.

A few sentences about the role or setting and the question are enough. Leave out names, patient information and confidential records.
