This notice explains how the Center for Integrative Neuroscience, LLC (“Center,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information across our website, forms, and educational product purchases.
1. Who this covers and organizational boundaries
This notice applies strictly to visitors and customers of the Center for Integrative Neuroscience, LLC. Kedge Software LLC and the Integral Neuroscience Initiative are separate legal entities with distinct operations. Purchasing or browsing on this site does not create an account, subscription, or data-sharing relationship with Kedge Software LLC or the Integral Neuroscience Initiative.
2. Information we collect
Form inquiries and subscriptions. When you sign up for guide updates or submit an employer contact form, we collect your name, email address, and professional affiliation using a double opt-in confirmation.
Customer and billing information. When you purchase a digital download, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and transaction metadata. Payment card numbers are processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Account and download access. When you access your purchase, we maintain authentication records to verify your download permissions.
Technical and analytics data. Our hosting platform (Framer) collects basic server logs and non-identifying visit telemetry necessary for site operation. We also use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and may process your IP address and browsing behavior; Google’s privacy policy governs that processing. You can block these cookies in your browser and the site still works.
3. Professional outreach to public licensees
We occasionally send educational announcements to behavioral health professionals using publicly available state licensing records (such as the Michigan LARA Bureau of Professional Licensing directory) and public organizational directories. If you receive an outreach email, you may opt out immediately using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing privacy@integrative-neuroscience.com. When you opt out, your email address is permanently placed on an internal suppression list to ensure no further outreach is delivered.
4. Third-party service providers
We share data only with service vendors necessary to operate our business: Stripe (payment processing and transaction verification); Supabase (secure customer database and access record storage); Brevo (double opt-in newsletter delivery and transactional emails); Instantly (initial professional outreach communications); Cloudflare (secure, expiring digital download delivery); Framer (website hosting and standard server logs).
5. Data retention
Order and financial records are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy tax and corporate recordkeeping obligations. Support and customer correspondence is retained for three (3) years. Active subscriber data is retained until unsubscription. Unsubscribed addresses are maintained indefinitely on a suppression list solely to prevent future mailings.
6. Deletion requests and your choices
You may request that we delete your personal information or request a summary of the data we hold by emailing privacy@integrative-neuroscience.com. We process verified requests within thirty (30) days, subject to data we are legally mandated to retain for accounting or tax purposes.
